In the central field on a blue background (with abrash), a red niche of serrated edges and a triangular stepped arch with hooks, surmounted by a double hook. In the spandrels, rosettes of varying size, along the horizontal edge of the field four small, symmetrically arranged star rosettes and tiny flowers on slanted stalks, growing out of the side edges. Above a rectangular red field with a row of six stylised tulips of tall stalks and coiled leaves, emerging from between the triangular arches. Around the field a narrow band of S and Z motifs (flattened in the horizontal stripes), blue in the lower section, then orange and higher still brown.
