One of 22 views of Warsaw painted by Bellotto for the Senators’ Antechamber (known as the Canaletto Room) at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. The painting is listed in the catalogue of the Stanisław August collection of 1795 under no. 441: “Vue de Fauxbourg de Cracovie, prise de l’église des Dominicains". Red number 441 of Stanisław August collection bottom left.
